3 Data collection on our website
3.1 Cookies
Our website uses cookies. Cookies do not cause any damage to your device and do not contain viruses. Cookies serve to make our offering more user-friendly, effective, and secure. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your device and saved by your browser. Most of the cookies we use are so-called “session cookies.” They are automatically deleted at the end of your visit. Other cookies remain stored on your device until you delete them. These cookies allow us to recognize your browser on your next visit, for example to remember the contents of your shopping cart. Cookies required for the electronic communication process or for providing certain functions you want (e.g. shopping cart) are stored on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in storing cookies to ensure a technically error-free and optimized provision of its services.
3.2 Server log files
The provider of these pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are:
browser type and version,
operating system used,
referrer URL,
host name of the accessing computer,
time of the server request,
IP address
This data is not combined with data from other sources. The basis for data processing is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, which permits the processing of data for the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures, as well as Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure and stable operation of the website).
3.3 Registration on this website
You can register on our website to use additional features, such as viewing your order history. We only use the data entered for this purpose to use the respective offer or service for which you registered. The mandatory information requested during registration must be provided in full. Otherwise we will reject the registration.
The data entered during registration is processed on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) or for the performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). You can withdraw any consent you have given at any time. Data collected during registration is stored by us for as long as you are registered on our website and is then deleted. Statutory retention periods remain unaffected.
3.4 Processing of data (customer and contract data)
We collect, process, and use personal data only insofar as it is necessary for the establishment, content, or modification of a legal relationship (inventory data). This is done on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, which permits the processing of data for the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures.
Customer data collected is deleted once the order is completed or the business relationship ends, unless statutory retention periods prevent this.
3.5 Data transfer upon conclusion of contract
We transfer personal data to third parties only if this is necessary for the processing of the contract. This applies in particular to:
shipping providers (DHL), for orders we ship ourselves,
our print-on-demand partner Spreadshirt, for orders containing items that are produced and shipped directly by Spreadshirt using print-on-demand – in this case Spreadshirt receives your name and delivery address for the purpose of shipping,
the payment service provider commissioned with payment processing, depending on the payment method you choose (see section 5, “Payment methods”).
No further transfer of data takes place, or only with your explicit consent. Your data is not passed on to third parties for advertising purposes without your explicit consent.
The basis for data processing is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, which permits the processing of data for the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures.
4 Newsletter
If you sign up for our newsletter, we use the email address required for this purpose to regularly send you our newsletter in accordance with your consent (double opt-in procedure: after signing up you will first receive a confirmation email and must confirm your registration by clicking the link it contains).
The data entered into the newsletter sign-up form is processed exclusively on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time, for example via the “unsubscribe” link in the newsletter or by informally notifying us. The lawfulness of data processing already carried out remains unaffected by the withdrawal. Data stored for the purpose of receiving the newsletter is kept by us until you unsubscribe and is then deleted.
5 Payment methods
Depending on availability, we offer the following payment methods; which of these are actually available for your order is shown during checkout before you complete your order.
5.1 Advance payment / bank transfer
When paying in advance, you transfer the invoice amount yourself to our business account. Only the bank details customary for a transfer (account holder, IBAN) are required for this; no data is transmitted to an external payment service provider.
5.2 PayPal

The transmission of your data to PayPal is based on Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent) and Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (processing for the performance of a contract).
