Shipping methods and costs
We ship records, CDs, shirts and hoodies ourselves via DHL. If your order contains several of these items, they are shipped together in a single package.
Shipping costs (gross, per order) depend on the delivery address and the contents of your cart:

Delivery times: Germany approx. 1–3 business days, EU approx. 2–5 business days, rest of Europe outside the EU (e.g. Switzerland, United Kingdom, Norway) approx. 1–2 weeks, rest of the world approx. 3–4 weeks. We are currently unable to ship to North, Central or South America. The exact shipping cost and estimated delivery time for your order are shown in your cart before checkout.
Payment methods
Our prices include statutory VAT, plus the shipping costs listed above. Deliveries outside the EU may be subject to customs duties or similar charges, which are borne by the customer. The payment methods available to you are shown during checkout before you complete your order.
